not fully satisfied with our AI Detection tool, our refund
policy offers a simple and clear process. Please review the
terms below to understand your refund rights and how we handle
requests.
Subscription Refund Policy
This policy applies exclusively to subscription fees. Please
note that while the AI Detection tool itself is free, any
subscription-related costs are subject to the terms outlined
here.
Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial
subscription purchase. However, if the tool has been used
after subscribing, refunds will not be granted. Once a
subscription is canceled, you will retain access to the tool
until the current subscription period ends, but no refunds
will be issued. Future subscription renewals will be stopped,
and no further charges will apply.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at
info@myaidetector.org, providing your subscription details and the reason for your
request.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business
days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5
business days and credited back to the original payment
method.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

customer violates our terms of service or engages in
fraudulent activities, such as attempting to bypass system
security or sharing access with unauthorized users, no
refund will be granted.

2. Misuse for Academic Dishonesty: If the
tool has been used to violate academic integrity, such as
submitting AI-detected content as original work for academic
credit, refunds will not be offered. We support academic
honesty and do not condone plagiarism.

3. Completed Results: Refunds will not be
issued once a full AI detection report has been provided. A
preview of the tool's capabilities is available prior to
subscription to ensure user satisfaction.

right to deny refund requests if we suspect the policy is
being exploited. If a refund is refused, an explanation will
be provided.
